TradesmanInsure Competition Terms and Conditions:

• This competition is organised and promoted by TradesmanInsure (trading name of Caunce O’Hara & Company Limited) of 20 Fenchurch Street, London, EC3M 3AZ with company number 03676983.

Entry:

• The competition is free to enter.
• To enter the competition you must complete all of the following steps:
  • follow TradesmanInsure on either Facebook or Instagram;
  • like the post promoting the competition; and
  • comment on one of the Facebook or Instagram posts.
• By entering the competition you agree to these TradesmanInsure Competition Terms and Conditions and the TradesmanInsure Privacy Policy.
• By entering the competition you also agree to the additional terms and conditions below which are specific to this competition.
• This competition runs between 11/08/2025 and 28/08/25. Entries received outside of these times will not be accepted.
• One entry per person; additional entries will be discarded.
• The winner will be selected at random using a random generator tool, from all valid entries meeting these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to all residents of the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man aged 18 or older at the time of entry, excluding employees of TradesmanInsure, its holding company or subsidiary companies.
• TradesmanInsure will not accept entries that are automatically generated by computer or by artificial intelligence, completed in bulk, are incomplete or where TradesmanInsure deems in its absolute discretion that there is other good reason not to accept a nomination.

The prize:

• The prize for the winner is two hospitality tickets to the British Superbike race day at Donington Park on Sunday 7th September 2025.
• The winner will be contacted directly via social media by TradesmanInsure, and no third parties.
• The winner will have 24 hours to reply to their message, otherwise the prize will be forfeited and given to the next random winner.
• The hospitality passes include:
  • Entry ticket for the race day (Sunday)
  • All day tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks availability from the hospitality area on race day
  • Hot and cold buffet breakfast on race day
  • Buffet lunch with a selection of desserts on race day
  • Meet and greet with the riders with photo opportunities**
  • A tour of the garage where you can see the team in action **
• The tickets will be emailed to the winner before the event starts, with further information attached to the email.
• Please note that other expenses (such as travel) are not included.
• The prize may be subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Please note that we are unable to cater for specific allergies unless advised prior to the racing weekend. The hospitality kitchen uses nuts, gluten and dairy and as such, cannot guarantee that all food will be free of these items.
• Your data will be used in accordance with TradesmanInsure privacy policy and you can opt out at any time.

Winners:

• The decision of the draw is final and no further correspondence or discussion will be entered into in this regard.

Liability:

• Insofar as is permitted by law, TradesmanInsure will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by TradesmanInsure’s negligence.
• In the event that a selected race weekend is abandoned, no cash alternative will be provided.
